1994 | Set-up OEMZ, wholly owned by Kalo Holdings Corporation. OEMZ

1996 | Established Stroyservice Company a JVC between Kalo Holdings Corporation; the Government of Uzbekistan, (Tashkentstroy), Tashjilinvestroy, the leading construction company in Uzbekistan and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Stroyservice built four-purpose built factory production facilities for bricks, roof tiles, concrete pre-fabricated blocks and polystyrene insulation and represents the largest of its kind in the country. Set-up Diplomatic Villas & Karira, to undertake the develoment of luxury villas for resale. Secured
exclusive distributorship rights to import products from well-established
and leading brands of electronics, building materials, sanitary
ware and other commercial products including Sony, Samsung, Roca,
York, Armstrong, Unilever, Phillip Morris and Seagram of Canada. |
